We’re looking for a talented commercial contracts lawyer to join our London-based team to support with our contract review and negotiation work. We’re after someone that is bright, enthusiastic, spots and solves problems, is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running. Not just here for the day job. Reporting to our Head of Legal, this role offers a truly unique opportunity to gain exposure to enviable customers and multi-disciplinary areas of ‘new law’ essential to the future lawyer’s skillset.

Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer at TLB, you will:
✳️ Draft, review and negotiate commercial and technology contracts for a range of clients, including MSAs, Consultancy Agreements, SaaS Agreements, NDAs, DPAs and more
✳️ Drive forward complex contract negotiations on behalf of clients
✳️ Provide timely, concise and accurate advice to our clients on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts and data protection
✳️ Own and project manage all your work - you need to be very organised and take accountability
About You
We’re looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer who can display the below skills and experience throughout our interview process:
✔️ 1-3 years’ experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
✔️ English or foreign qualified
✔️ Openness, enthusiasm, growth mindset, a strong team player with a can-do attitude
✔️ Tech literate and comfortable with learning new systems and processes
✔️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident and comfortable working in a client-facing role
✔️ Strong commercial acumen and ability to take a pragmatic, customer-centric approach
✔️ Right to work in the UK
✔️ Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
